2. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before printing or dispatch. Once your order is processed, printed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled. To request cancellation, please contact us immediately at printedpouchind@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Refund Policy

We follow a no-refund policy for printed or customized packaging products, except in cases of damage or manufacturing defects. Refunds are applicable only if:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photo or video proof.

If eligible, a replacement or refund will be initiated after verification.

4. Replacement Policy

Replacements are offered for verified damaged or defective items only. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of approval. Replacement shipping costs will be covered by PrintedPouch.in in genuine cases.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be applicable for:

• Incorrect size or design ordered by the customer.
• Color variation due to screen display differences.
• Products used, tampered with, or not returned in original condition.
• Delays caused by courier companies or natural disruptions.

6. Mode of Refund

All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase. The processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
